Concrete sealant/wax?

Was thinking about floor coatings and decided I like the straight up sealant/wax type. Not sure what you'd call it. But I've worked at a really old shop once where they had some sort of milky white looking sealant that we would apply a few times a year with a mop. It would slowly wear off as we spilled all sorts of oil, coolant, atf, etc onto it and had to clean it up with solvents and degreaser. But I figure in a home shop environment it would probably last at least a year. Plus they were super cheap there so I'm sure there are better products out there.

I like this route because it seems to be cheap and easy to periodically re-apply. I like the fact that if you ever drop something really heavy and damage the concrete, you can just clean it up a little bit and re-seal it. I'm mainly concerned with being able to make for easier clean ups and making it look respectable for the long haul.

The last time i stripped my floor down I used cure n seal then after a day of dry time I go back with a product called "withstand" it's a basic floor finish that I use as a sacrificial layer that can be removed with common floor stripper. Basically it's often referred to as a wax, but it's not.

It's durable enough and easy enough to redo annually.
