Concrete sealer - cloudy

I stained my slab in my shop with eagle stain from homedepot. I realize it's probably not the top of the line product, but it was on clearance for $1/gallon so I figured what the heck.

I followed all the instructions and steps. The stain went down goods and the color was what I wanted. I put the sealant down after the recommended wait time, and it looked like I hoped it would:

The next day, it was much less glossy but I figured that it was probably normal.

Fast forward 5 days and this is what it looked like when I got home last night:

Obviously I made a major mistake somewhere in the process. I am guessing I didn't give sufficient time for all the moisture to dry before I sealed.

What is my best bet here? Is there a sealant stripper that will get the sealant up and not harm the stain? I got some stuff from lowes called jasco but it does t really do anything.

The only luck I've had so far is to put the 0* nozzle on my pressure washer and blast it off, Which seems to be taking quite a bit of the stain with it too. That is a very very slow process. About 30 sf/hr. And I have 630 sf to do. I do have plenty of extra stain and acid etch so I could, in theory, restrain if needed.
Any ideas are appreciated.

Yes, it looks like moisture is the issue. Can you provide a link to the type of sealer you used? If it's a solvent base acrylic, sometimes wiping it down with a solvent such as Xylene can soften the sealer enough to let the moisture pass and redeposit the sealer back onto the concrete.

I put xylene down this evening and it seems to be helping. I'll check in the morning after it's all dried up.

There are some spots where I'll have to restain because I pressure washed the sealant and stain off. Will I need to acid etch those spots again?

Should I put another coat of sealant on the whole floor after everything is dried up?

The xylene can be dipped and rolled from a bucket or paint tray.
You should be able to stain without etch.

Get the floor straight before adding another coat. The extra sealer may magnify your issues.

When I left for work this morning, there was no cloudiness and quite a bit of the shine is back in the sealant. Hopefully it stays that way. I will have to touch up some spots with the stain and then I'm going to wait a week or so before resealing this time.
