I need concrete sealer recommendations for indoor slab

We’re about to stain and seal the 600 SF basement floor at our house.

I need recommendations for what sealer to use.

As far as UV resistance, one area is next to a sliding glass door that lets some light in, the rest of the floor will have zero UV exposure.

There will be no cross-breeze ventilation down there, and we live in the house, so I’m not sure if solvent based would even be feasible.

Also, some of the sealers have some nasty sounding stuff in them (Xylene for instance), I don't know if that would be a great choice since there will be kids crawling on / eating off the floor on occasion. (Not that we let them eat off the floor, just that some put every object smaller than a baseball in their mouth).

We’re not going to be too hard on the floor, will mostly be a bonus room, perhaps TV and few couches down there.

There will probably be a coat (or five or so) of wax laid down to protect the sealer.

We use Kemiko stain, and they market several sealers, but I’ve heard mixed reviews, and a few complaints of yellowing, so I’m trying to look around to see what else is out there.

Not even sure if we want glossy or matte / satin finsh, I’m open to suggestions on that too.

Any ideas?

Our AcryliSeal 3501 is water based with no fumes. Easy prep, easy apply, low cost, good for interior & exterior floors. Somewhat glossy finish, can be made high gloss if desired.
