Getting ready to start building my shop and I would like some input on sealing the concrete floor. I'm not interested in epoxy as I've worked in too many shops where the floor looks terrible after a few years of use and your only option is to reapply. My local concrete place here recommends a product called Tuf Seal J35. It is billed as a clear, non yellowing sealer that is gas and oil resistant. It claims to have a high gloss finish so I'm a little concerned about scratching. Has anyone had any experience with this stuff or have anything else to recommend?
