Wondering if there is a paint specific for use on concrete slab flooring? Maybe some paint mixed with texture such as sand or do I just mix sand in with any paint of my choice? This is in my patio.

Sherwin Williams carries a product called Treadplex..

Ive used it on interior concrete steps. You can use it on exterior concrete, I just never have.

Spray on Muratic acid, let is sit for about a minute, and hose it off.

It becomes neutralized when it's flushed with water.

If you want to paint or seal it, there is an additive called fish scale. Add it to your sealer or paint and apply. We did this on a textured concrete porch that was slick as hell, after words, not a slip one.

Definitely visit Sherwin Williams. We use an industrial paint at work around our machining centers, which have coolant troughs in the concrete floor. The floor stays wet and we have all of the concrete covered with a paint that has grit in it (not sure if it is sand). It does a great job of keeping the concrete from being slippery. We buy it from Sherwin Williams, but I can not remember the name of it. If you can't find it there, let me know and I will look at work next Monday. Good Luck!!
