Concrete Slab Question / Advice

I'm beginning to notice that in a couple of areas around the perimeter of my pole garage, voids are developing between the slab and the underlying ground.

Slab is 4" thick with 6" square mesh reinforcing on top of a vapor barrier and 4" stone base compacted.

Has anyone else experienced this situation and is there a solution?

Just sounds too easy. I've thought about throwing some crusher run in and try to pack it in sideways. Also wondered about Bentonite.
