Concrete Stem Wall's and Epoxy??

Im in the process of grinding and chipping off the form seams/ridges on my 3ft high stem walls in my garage. Before i Epoxy i would like to apply patching materials to fill voids and surface defects. What material is best suited/recommended for this??? Keep in mind i will be Epoxing it..

The legacy coatings stuff i hear is pretty good.... or you could just mix up a bag of mortar?

The gel will sag, the paste is good if it is not too warm. Any cement patch material will need to cure before coating. I have had luck with Ardex Tilt Wall Patch. Give it a couple of days and it is good to coat as long as it is on a vertical surface.
