Did the $995 include material, or is that just labor?

It was $995 including the 4 yards of fiber reinforced concrete, vapor barrier and some limited footings dug, they just poured it this afternoon. And yes, I got exactly what I paid for.

I'm going to start another thread for suggestions on how to save/improve the floor.
