They will be pouring concrete on my 48x28 tomorrow. How long do I wait before I can Epoxy?

Now for the trick question. How to choose a product. I’ve seen two pretty dominant lines. I will be welding rolling jacks and jack stands with cars on them. Spilling chemicals and generally hard on floors.

The general rule of thumb is about a month but that can vary WIDELY based on temperature and conditions. We have seen slabs that have not cured for six months.

Best to test with moisture test kit or the plastic sheet method. Or use a penetrating sealer that is not affected by moisture like Ghostshield system. If you want epoxy, you don't wan to coat over a moist floor, bubbles can occur.
