pi*r^2 x pipe length (all units in feet) then divide by 27 ft^3. This will give you the cubic yards of concrete, then just check the bag.

60 lb bag is roughly a 1/3 of a cubic foot

You have about 1420 cubic inches of pipe to fill there.
A cubic foot is 1728 cubic inches.
Check bag for how many cubic feet it says it yields.
You need about 0.8 cubic feet.
I think an 80# bag makes about 1 cubic foot, so a 60# bag may come up a bit short, but is mighty close.

Yes, 1 60# bag will fill it. Here's a good calculator for reference.

80 pound bag is half of a cubic foot, concrete weighs roughly depending on mix 145 lbs per cu ft

Making a homemade lawn roller for tight area's. My dog has the ground pushed upwards from running around my building when the ground was drenched and when walking in those area's when the ground is froze is an ankle turner. I'll push it along like a push mower (probably won't be heavy enough).

At some point it'll get to heavy to push by hand.
If you want/need more weight, double the diameter of the pipe.
