Condensation in Metal Building

Having issues with Prefab metal building. 6,000 sf building with ample insulation and heated concrete floor. My question is would an exhaust fan at one end and a louver at the other be a solution or would a commercial size dehumidifier be a better solution? My thoughts on the vents would be that we would be loosing all the warm air, but I also believe these building need to breath with proper venting.

Here are questions that will help get better answers...

What type of insulation? Vapor barrier type? Condensation where? Where do you live?

Condensation occurs when warm humid air contacts a cold steel surface. Removing the moisture is one way to reduce condensation. Dehumidifier may help. Is there any source of moisture in your building such as propane heater that is not venting outside?

Is this a new building?, the floor radiant heating may be removing the moisture from the concrete floor, causing your condensate problem, maybe wet equipment, or vehicles.
Found a busted water pipe under a concrete slab not to long ago, causing black mold in a fire house. I'm a firm believer in proper ventilation for removal of VOC, water vapor, and CO2.
I use epoxy, so ventilation is important.

I have a 4800 sq ft metal building with original R 19 in the walls and R 30 in the roof, white plastic cover. It rained once during construction. During the first year it rained in my shop all winter. Mold and mildew everywhere. The second year, few drops on the floor but nothing like the year before. Not saying you have the same problem, but most of mine seem to have come from the new concrete and the moisture in my insulation.

I now have twice the insulation and condition the space year round, no problems (heat to 60 F and cool to 80 F). Dry as my house.
