condensation problem in garage?

a stupid question, maybe somebody knows. I seem to have a lot more condensation in my (attached) garage than my neighbors. all the house in this subdivision built by same contractor, about 8 yrs ago.
could it possibly be because I've painted my concrete garage floor- with latex concrete floor paint?
does it have anything to do with concrete "breathing" or whatever? any comments / advice appreciated.

Condensation can mean a few things...
hydro-static pressure and efflorescence due to "No Vapor-Barrier"
or...
surface moisture caused by cold-slab vs warm-air or warm-slab vs cold-air.
or...
poor drainage on the outside of the home

The temp-delta issue can be solved by air-flow, the other two can be more evasive to treat.

thanks.
I'm guessing my prob. might be #2 above. which one is the temp-delta issue?lol
Its worse in the cold, winter weather, plus we live in a fairly high humidity climate. we have electric heat but I've been keeping it off in the garage , as do my neighbors.
any advice?

I put a polyurea Coating on my garage and patio. Cold slab and warm moist air = wet floor. Goes away when the ground warms up later in spring.

We don’t get a lot of rain or humidity, but when we do and the weather is warming up and my slab is still cool I can get a lot of condensation on my shed slab. Floor coatings would make it worse as the moisture can’t absorb into the concrete.

Cold slab warm condensation............coating won’t fix or cause. Ceiling fan will have little effect if the temperature and humidity conditions don’t change. Think of it as a iced tea glass on warm humidity day.

I have something similar, I did use a vapor barrier under slab and then sealed with densifier. I get when temps are below freezing dark spots in a few areas, at this point shop isn't heated. Don't think it's a concern, it not actually wet to the touch.
The other thing I haven't noticed it in the part of shop that I didn't seal floor ( because I plan to epoxy) so moisture must be getting trapped just a bit.

Good airflow and ventilation of the space can often cure this problem we have seen.
