The condenser fan on my Trane XE1000 is howling like it is planning to go to a better place.
I replaced this fan about 5 years ago with a GENERAL ELECTRIC Model #5KCP39FGM599S which is what the local AC parts place gave me.
I notice looking at the specs it is a sleeve style bearing would a ball bearing setup last longer?? Or is there a better option than this GE Motor?? Or am I just putting too much thought in the planned repair??
