Conditioned Breezeway ideas

This is my first post I hope it's done right but anyway planning on building a 26 by 26 garage I was told I have to have a condition breezeway I was wondering if anybody had any pictures are descriptions on how they did the breezeway its I'm a little lost it how to do a transition from the house to a garage my original plan was to do a detached garage but I have to have the garage pushed forward because of a creek in the backyard. Thanks for sharing any info or ideas

I have to ask 'who told you?' you need a conditioned breezeway? If the building department then ask for the code section that makes that a requirement.
