I came across one of these. I was curious when a conduit body with these angles would come in handy?

Thanks

the included angle is 90 degrees, the same as lots of other conduit bodies. I see them where pipe goes around an outside corner, often at the top of a wall or parapet.

Thanks. Just having a hard time visualizing. It cuts the corner. Or needs to be mounted with the side flat against the wall.

It could also be used with a couple of 45 degree bends to straddle an obstruction like a beam instead of bending a saddle.

A conduit body like that will get you around an Outside Corner while giving you a place to pull from at an intermediate place in the run. The cover must always be accessible; that is why I would not use one on an Inside Corner.

You could use an LL and/or LR for an inside corner.
