I had a 54x83 shop built, and I am preparing some information on what to do for wiring.

The building has metal on the inside as well as out, so I will be running everything in conduit.

Does anyone know of a online resource that provides information to circuit sizing, conduit sizing, and voltage drop.

My goal is to figure the sizing information out, so I can make a wiring schematic for electricians to bid off of.

Just tell the electricians the loads and they'll figure the sizing. Lay out where and what you want for receptacles, the loads at any given outlet, lighting desires, where you want switches. etc. Make a list of the equipment and their loads so they can do a calculation of the total load.

What do they use to calculate said loads

They use their years of training and experience. ;)

There are a number of conduit and wire size calculators online, you just have to google on 'wire size calculator' and 'conduit size calculator'. However, while anyone can plug numbers into them and get results, you have to know what to do with those results.
