Conex power house condensation question

I acquired a new conex and would appreciate some advice on condensation.

The conex will be used to hold an inverter, charge controllers, and batteries (LiFePO4). And miscellaneous storage.

Can I assume with some certainty that an air conditioned, sealed space (the conex), will not have condensation issues?
This would simplify things quite a bit.

That is, will the air conditioning remove moisture reliably? I think the answer is yes in every circumstance. Just like a dehumidifier.

The layers will be conex side, 3/4 air gap, mylar, 2” polyiso, osb, paint.

In the summer, it will be cooler than the outside air, but low humidity on the inside.

In the winter, it will be warmer than the outside air (no condensation issues).

The only thing I can think that needs attention is making sure the condensate line runs outside.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Depending on how well insulated it may and how much heat the inverter and other equipment puts off. It be air conditioning all year! I assume you plan on insulating it.

Also do you have a BTU load for the equipment? It isn't something would guess. I had a customer that had a large server in a home. We did a heat load on it and came up with ten tons of cooling, just for that one room. In the winter he would open the door on the room and blow air through the house and still have to open windows! For that room he had taken the windows out and was simply ventilating it with exhaust fans but he was concerned for the summer.

In Texas I would assume no heat will be needed. Make sure you buy an air conditioner that will cool in extreme cold.

I do not believe you will have to worry about humidity.

Some people will recommend just ventilating it in cooler weather, and I think it might be a good idea, but be concerned that if you simply ventilate you will draw in a lot of dust so filtering the incoming air will be vital!

Just running AC might be the simplest.

This would simplify things quite a bit.

Property sized (or perhaps properly throttled, ie ductless split) and a condensation line to outside - you should be good in the heat... I mean they build houses out of these things in Texas with a little foam insulation and AC.

Some ductless systems can be used for humidity control (only).

In my experience in Texas, we don't tend to get condensation issues in the few really cold days that do hit with electrical heat... Other states, I'd be more concerned about removing condensation while heating.

Not a good idea as there are days in the winter which are relatively high humidity, if the ventilating air is warm, then drops down in temperature rather fast you could hit the dew point, then the moisture would condense; this also would occur in the early AM, as in what you see when you go outside and the grass is covered with dew in the early morning. Been to Texas and both scenarios happen often....keep the container sealed, and do not allow the A/C or heat temperature to fluctuate that much. Your proposed setup should work fine. Alsothe container should be off the ground by a few inches (at 4"), as moisture from the ground travels through wood flooring.
Just thinking,you would be better off running a dehumidifier in the colder months, it would maintain good temperature and dry the air, cost little to run.
