Thank goodness for anonymous user names. Here is my confession: I tend to make most of my tool-buying decisions in the bathroom while reading a tool catalog.

There, I said it. Mock me if you will.

I can't use precious online time to cruise tool sellers' websites. I need a catalog that can follow me into that most sacred of rooms, where I won't be bothered by family. That said, I am looking for tool sellers who will still ship me a paper catalog.

Can you recommend any tool sources that will ship me a REAL catalog (not a virtual one, not a PDF, not a CD, not a DVD, not a website, etc)? Thanks.

I know for a fact that Lisle will send you one, as well as Kennedy. Free of charge!

Are you talking hand tools? I still find everyone has a paper catalog, alot of them are too big for the bathroom I think. I have a craftsmen, northern tool, fastenal, ENCO, and a MAC catalog sitting near me. With the exception of northern and craftsmen the others are 3 or 4 inches thick. The thing I hate about my MAC catalog, is no prices. (retail) Not sure if Snap on and the others have prices or not, but I think thats lame, because then you have to end up using the damn internet to get a price.

You local Snap On dealer (or maybe Pedro on this board) should send you the new Snap On catalog along with the third party offerings catalog - the RWD catalog.

I get toolwarehouse.net catalogs about every other month too. Good place to look for deals. Not sure if you can request one from their website.

...in fact, reading this thread puts me in the mood to head on into there right now with my WIHA catalogue.

I beg your pardon, it was a Wera catalog. Although no orders were forthcoming, it was a pleasant experience all around.

You can pick up quarterly tool fliers at Napa for free.

Also you can get Northern tool and equipment.

If you really want **** and hours of reading though order the MSC big book.

Tea cart is not necessary; that's why it's called a "laptop".

Klein will send you a printed catalog if you sign up.

Both times I requested a Wiha catalog, they sent me a CD as well.

Enco sends me a "hot deals" catalog every month. I've gone over the Craftsman catalog quite a few times.

PB tools sent me the most awesomest catalog ever!

Most of my catalog browsing is done when my wife is driving us somewhere. I find that I need to keep busy or else I criticize/comment too much.

My laptop has seen more than its fair share of bathroom time as well. I <3 wifi.
