I only do my own electrical around the house and shop, but I've falling in love with the wago nuts. Its my project so I can spend what I want, and when bought in bulk vs wire nuts they are not that expensive. Then I don't have to worry about tape VS no tape.
I haven't seen any pros use the Wago or the other brand (ideal?) connectors. Is there a particular reason other than trying to maintain margins? Or is cutting the wire out of the non-wago style and making it shorter and shorter over time an issue?
