Another grifter.

with the wavy tariffs have been going, I sort of understand why anything from overseas would have delivery issues. On the other hand, it would be better if they just said “we don’t know “, rather than making up dates.

I couldn’t stomach watching that guy all the way through. I wonder why he decided it was necessary to go with the drama on the refund. 7-10 business days is normal, and given that there was a holiday involved, his 14 colander days doesn’t seem unreasonable. He could have easily skipped the whining about the refund, since he knew it was resolved before posting.

Click Bait.

I am not familiar with who he is or his channel, but he’s on my ignore list now.

I'm not trying to make excuses for Bendpak but here's something to consider. I have a friend who runs a business assembing some products here in the U.S.A. He imports one part from overseas. Everything else is from the States. It is used in most of his product line but is only about 10% of the product cost. No one makes the part here. The item has sat at customs for weeks at a time while sorting out the never ending tariff perecentage changes. Right now he has 5000 of these that have been sitting in Kentucky for four weeks waiting to be released. Businesses can't plan one way or the other with policies like this. You'll never get U.S. Manufacturing back in large numbers if you can't keep policies consistent.

I AM familiar with the channel and I believe you are making a mistake.

(He rebuilds wrecked cars. He buys them cheap, buys "donor" sheet metal/cars and puts the two of them together. He is a wizard with a frame rack. He was burned out of his previous location and it has been a year (?) finding a new place and transforming it. He does have a weird sense of humor !)

No clue if his other videos are worth watching but after watching part of that one it's easy to decide I don't want to waste the time to find out. If someone watches the news instead of some guy on a rant they would know things are a little shaken up for a number of reasons. I have no clue if bendpak is a great company or a ****** company but I'm sure they are being told the same thing as they told him and then it gets delayed for whatever reason. You don't think bendpak is doing everything they can to get lifts out the door and make money? Maybe they should have told him it will get there when it gets there.

I couldn't watch the while thing too much drama with the Bendpak part and the rest was boring.

I can see where he'd get pissed off when they keep changing the delivery date and then slow in canelling the refund. Be interesting to know how much of the issue is the supplier vs Bendpak itself. You'd think they would have the lift in stock or wanting to get them in pretty quickly so there shouldn't be overly long delays unless he ordered an uncommon model or wanted something custom with it.

vehcor is not for the short attention span viewers. Scott is also not losing sleep over anybody here either not liking him.

And you think anybody else doesn't have the same problems BendPak does? Welcome to the new world order where what use to be simple is now a logistics nightmare.

Good for him, but he still seems like a self centered jackass to me, and his video was boring and overly long.
Yeah, he can seem like that if you just parachute into his channel and this video is your only frame of reference.

He just moved into a new shop and is not a typical video for him with most videos of him doing salvage rebuilds.

His is from the Chicago area and his dry wit and sarcasm does not land well with some but like I mentioned, he is not losing sleep not having your approval of his content.
