No we do not have NG. Our options for heater are elctric or Propane. Minnesota winter can be cold

I'm not an "appliance" guy but a lot of heaters, clothes dryers, ranges, etc. that are usually factory shipped for NG, but can be converted to LP with a nozzle change. You might be able to contact the manufacturer to see if they sell a conversion kit. Sometimes this information is on a lable of the unit. You might get lucky and give this the due dilligance that the seller did not. THis seems like a good price, just keep in mind that most "construction heaters" require venting and are not recomended for closed spaces.
