Changing wheels is a pita, like the trailer hitch idea, also a JO idea is some Galvanised thin gauge sheet behind the welding bench to protect the drywall from grinding debris. Looking good and slowly organised, nearly time to roll out the main attraction...

That is my plan as i finish up that area. I want to do that, and add an exhaust fan up above to extract fumes like Jack did. I will add more to pegboard behind the miterbox cutting station to hold extra saw blades and probably some more garage art. I will have access panels to get to the circuit breakers, and will be relocating the Verizon Fios box and replacing the sprinkler controller with one that will be controlled through the future home automation system.

Just went thru your thread for the first time

I like what you did to your walls building all of that storage
It sure gives you a lot more room

I have been out in my shop all day cleaning and trying to decide
how to clean it up and make it more useable

Will be borrowing a few of your ideas thanks for sharing

Some great ideas in this thread!!
Grew up in Rockford huh? When did you leave? I'm out in Winnebago.;)

I left in '96 after I graduated from Jefferson. I went to college in Milwaukee, then transfered to Arizona State in '98. I lived out in Arizona until I decided to get out of there before the eminent hosing collapse. I sold my house and moved here to Texas in April of 2006. My parents moved away from Rockford 8 years ago tomorrow. I haven't been there since my 11 year high school reunion. (My class wasn't the greatest at planning, someone forgot to plan a 10 year!) I keep telling my wife we are going to make a trip out there to get a Panizza from Paninos.
