Contactor installation?

I know it's easy as pie to change out a contactor switch...here's my question..I installed the new one according to how the old one was installed. The area where the yellow coil wire is is how I installed the new one. The old switch has no t1,t2,L1,L2 indicators. And according to a diagram I saw on a you tube video, the new one is installed wrong . Does it matter with the t's and L's position?? Thanks!! Waiting on reply so I can turn the unit in ..

Not really, but T is to the load side and L is the line side or input side. Main thing is to have each two correctly paired.
