Containing Water

I am planning on using Vinyl Composition Tile on my garage floor this summer. I have an issue that I do not know how to solve. I live in Michigan, and when I park my car, after a snowstorm, the snow melts, and the water run under everything I have on the side of the garage. Like my toolbox, trash cans, storage units and the like, and I cannot sweep it out, without moving everything out.

Is there a tile that has a bump, or raised section, that will keep the water contained, so I can sweep it out?
