Continental Air Tool - Ratchet Wrench

This is my first post, so please forgive me if I screw it up.

Was at an estate sale today and picked up a few items. One of the items is a ratchet wrench 5/16 x 11/32. Wrench is marked CONTINENTAL AIR TOOL CERRITOS CA. ATBR 3134.

Never head of these guys before so thought I would turn to the experts. Do you guys know anything about this?

I guess to complete my introduction...
