continuing downward spiral? SO missing the little things...

finally, after 4 weeks my replacement KRL722 showed up yesterday, my 791 came in immediately. been waiting for the bottom.
anyways

its only been a couple years since myself and anyone in my shop ordered a SO box, so i was quite surprised when it was missing any of the finer touches.

it did not come with the metal trays, the two black ones, no sticker, no hat, keychains, goodies other boxes have come down with...
just the boxes and the day planner/pen.

are times that hard over in kenosha? theyre now shaving the little things?

I bought one of the Pit Carts (They call it TUV now) it came with key chains, decals, hats, pins, ink pins, calander and got two Snap-On jackets with mine. Dumbest move I ever made.

My KRL1022 did not even come with the little 1/2 oz bottle of factory touch up paint. The dealer say's they quit doing it.

However the dealer sent me touch up paint and some other nice goodies.

the drawer liners in my classic 78 **** big time they always slide around and fold up.

I didnt get any touch up paint either.

This was the warranty replacement right? If so I would not expect anything to come with it.

I had to remind my guy several times he told me he would get me touch up paint before i got a used can of matching spray paint. and instead of the jacket he promised i settled for some Astro remote hose clamp pliers just because it was going on several weeks with no jacket.

Seems that the old touches that got Snap On where they are have become archaic and unnecessary in the Snap On playbook.
