Contractor mess up foundation

Well, the cottage was about to be perfect, but the foundation contractor didn't align properly the basement window opening in the concrete with the window on main floor. So now it's kind of odd, windows on front of house are not all aligned. :(

What option do contractor have ? Cutting and patching to make window opening perfect ? Can they remake opening (cut to proper location) and patch with concrete again, or will it make the foundation weak.

We looked at the plan, the plan were ok, but the results isn't.

Options/comments welcome.
Thanks,
Ben

They can probably cut out the window larger and then where the window is too far one way form up but put rebar in the sides to reinforce it. How off is it? Good luck.

One other option is to see if you can go to a larger window, so that when you cut the concrete you can align the window openings properly and not have to do any in-fill

Unfortunately, happens more than you think. Cut the foundation so that the windows will stack and align properly. Concrete patch the foundation for appearance and weatherproof. On the inside, wood frame a stud wall with header so that the floor load bypasses the compromised foundation area.
