Thinking of building this. Lift would go in the NE quarter. Thinking it might be best to place control joints every 1/3 the N-S and just one in center of E-W to ensure distance from 2 post columns. Will be 6” 3500psi level pour. What you think?

Don't forget that a 6" slab needs 1.5" deep control joints. You'll need to double check that because there's no way in hell your contractor will do that right unless you are standing over them the entire time.
+1 on it depends on where you are placing the columns. At a minimum, I would divide both directions into thirds for an unreinforced slab. Depending on where your columns are going, you may need more cuts. (Your sections do not need to be symmetrical on the edges.)

One control joint E-W would be 18' feet. Cracks are likely outside the joints at that length.
An 18' section may be comfortable to stay outside the bounds of a 2 post lift, but its stretching it for an unreinforced slab. One solution is to run cuts between the posts, which gives enough spacing.
I'm a proponent of going with a 4 post lift, but that's another thread. It does simplify this issue, though.
