After they poured my slab they came back and cut some control joints with a diamond saw. I noticed places that have some black stuff filling the joints. What would you recommend?.

One could use grey polyurethane caulk. Machine skates tend to chip the edges of a saw cut, I had a thought that non-shrinking precision grout (aka for grouting machine bases) would be the best (most robust) filler since its more or less a concrete material, although it would take some work with a knife blade to fill the crack thoroughly. But then I think there should be full support for the outside corners.
