Convert Mac Tech 1000 slides to soft close?

Anyone know if it is possible to switch out the slides on the Mac Tech 1000 box to be soft close?

Following, as I hate the detents on the drawers - everything inside slides around when opening the drawers (detents are stiff!).

I agree. Also, my slides are not all consistent in the amount of force required to open/close all of the drawers anymore. This causes me to more often than not to open/close drawers harder than needed and causing everything inside to shift around more often.

OP did you ever find any info or do this project? I have the many of the same problems and cant find a box that is the size or weight rating I need with soft close so my option is to just convert my existing box slides over, I have found some Accurides, Fulterer slides that will work but I would like to see if anyone has done it yet?
