Tried searching, but couldn't find any previous examples of what I'm wanting to do with my tool box cart. I currently have a small Craftsman tool box cart that I keep my mechanic tools in. I'll be using a new setup soon, but want to re-purpose the cart to a workbench with a vise if possible. I've seen some examples of people using larger tool boxes and building a wooden platform with overhang that sits on top of the tool box. However, due to the design of my cart, I'm not sure if that's possible. I've included stock images of my cart for reference.
I really just want to be able to attach a vise to this thing. I wont be doing any heavy duty work with the vise. Just light - medium duty at most. I rarely need to use the vise, but it's one of those things that's nice to have.
