convex mirror mounting (when using a lift)

Hi All,

For those of you with a lift in your garage, where and how did you mount your convex mirror? Some mirrors have a bracket on the back for mounting at an angle while others simply hang on the wall. Which is better?

Any pictures would beneficial. Thanks!
