If thats true then by 2013 I bet all their sockets and wrenches will be made in china aswellHeard they may not be usa made anymore.
All full polished wrenches have been chinese for a while. Then it was ratchets that went chinese and the most recent were extensions and drive accessories.
All the socket bits Ive seen on the selfs a few weeks ago were still usa. Im pretty sure they are made by armstrong along with the rest of the socket line.
Thats good to know. ***** about the drive tools though as I need a long 3/8" extension. Maybe i'll look into williams.
Look for the ones hanging on the back of the hook. There is still a bit of old stock USA made stuff out there, and its the cheapest you can buy. As far as I know (and I'm in Sears twice a week) the bit sockets are still USA made. Might not be for too much longer though.
