Cooking on an Open Fire.

My wifes boss and a couple of his friends decided they were going to have a cook out. Well, when you get several rednecks together that just happen to have money they do it BIG. One of them decided they wanted to cook a whole cow on an open fire. They knew I was a fabricator so they contacted me first. Here is the pictures of what I have spent the last two months of my spare time doing. Keep in mind I am working 7 days a week at the moment also.

The smaller ones are for lambs and goats. They are also using the cook out for there three companies yearly party so they are cooking a lot of food.

This is the swivel so we can turn it and swing it off fire.

This is ours. Picture is small for some reason but you get the idea.

No, its all in my head. I did the design on the first one as I went and then just duplicated it four more times. If there is any info you might want just ask I remember most of the measurements.

Thanks, I weld for a living and just did this on the side at home. I will post more pics after the cook out is over and we have eaten all this food. Thats what I am waiting on is the food.....
