Does my own barn count? Here's my 28 X 48. Downstairs ceiling height is 12' 4"; loft is 8 feet. I'm in the process of slowly turning it into a workshop.

We had a dairy barn of similar style but half the size on the farm 20 years ago. As a teenager I helped my father rebuild the ends and roof. Nothing like hanging from harness and rope at 60'.

Unfortunately when my parents sold the farm the first thing the new owners did was burn it down as they couldn't use it for a shop and it raised their taxes. You couldn't believe how many times I was berated for the dirty deed by old neighbors that were incensed by the fire even though I had no knowledge that it was going to happen nor did my parents.
