Cool CL Vise Find

All this vise talk got me thinking about how much I hate walking across the shop at work when I need to use one, so I started poking around for one to toss on my bench. This is way overkill for my needs, doesn't mean I don't wish I could justify it.

The green one in my avatar is an Erie 44. I have a set of Erie 43 pipe jaws, but the openings are 5/8" and needs to be 3/4" Going to ask a friend to ream it out.

Heading on a biz trip tomorrow, and my wife would kill me if I spent another 2.5 hours on a Saturday to pick up a vise, especially if the vise wasn't for me!
"You should be spending Saturday with your own family!" I can hear it now.
She has a point. Reach out to the guy and see if he will ship it, you never know. If he wants to deliver it to me, you can tell him I also on the R5 train line and will pay him cash and will ship it to you.

I gotta agree, I just got a Cman hammer set that a member in another state picked up from a CL ad I saw and mentioned wanting. I love this place and how members help each other out!
