Cool factory defects?

Anyone have any cool factory defects? I have a few, a lot of people would just warranty them I am sure but I like to collect them... I am a **** I know.

It is for those new round fasteners, lol.

Sears had a set of Evolv box wrenches. One of the wrenches had no teeth. Just round and smooth. No pics sorry.

I got a Craftsman 5/32 socket today for free, it is G code but the G is upside down. Not sure if that's a mistake or an actual separate code.

A friend of mine had a cheap Enco milling machine. He had to take the head apart to do some work on it, and there were four large Allen head bolts down inside. Here's the thing: One of them had never been broached for an Allen wrench; it was just a round hole in the head. It took a lot of messing around to get it out; he finally made a fitting that he could hammer over the head to remove it. The question is- How did they assemble it? The bolts were about 4" down inside a casting. No way to get something like Vise-Grips down in there. We examined the bolt closely, and it had been made that way. It wasn't stripped out. Somehow the factory assembled that thing, and it had a normal amount of torque on it.
