TRW is a fairly diversified company with many divisions and product lines. Tools happen to be one of their smaller lines; back in the 1980's and 1990's, I think their tool lineup was much larger. I run into their older tools from time-to-time in pawn shops and swap meets; mostly sockets, ratchets, extensions, flat wrenches, etc. I don't know what other tool they currently or formerly made. The quality of their tools seems to be on par with Craftsman tools. I have no idea how they distributed their tools either...perhaps auto parts stores???

I think Tool Pants has posted photos in this forum of some TRW tools he has picked up. He may also have some observations about TRW tool quality as well.

TRW purchased Williams in the 60's or early 70's. TRW tools are made by Williams, and are high quality.
