This is one of those tools that would be nice, but it wil depend on price. Most wiring issues, tend to be at the ends, in the connectors/connections.

But I know a few people into pc building that would like one.

That is a cool idea. Wish I thought of that.
Last time I had to fish wire through conduit it was a PITA.

I do a ton of custom wiring and have considered trying to make something very similar, just never found time.

Just being able to put together a harness 25' long without having your hands cramp up would make it worth it,let alone the time savings for a flat rate guy like me.

I'll ask around the shop and see if there is more interest beyond myself (I suspect there is).

krusty, are you the go-between? I mean are you taking orders or just referring the product? Either way, thanks for posting this.

BTW, this would work for heavy truck air line too. I have to loom that stuff sometimes too.

Does it work to insert it into a loom midway and feed the wire back into it? Say you are trying to find the wire # on a Deere loom and have to open the loom back 2-3 feet.

The only thing I don't entirely understand is why the handle is so long. I'd like to see a shorter handle so you can fish stuff through an engine harness for example while the harness is still on the engine. You shouldn't need 6+" of grip IMHO.

Is it available in different sizes-Usually I'm only running 2 wires through a piece of small split loom to run to a light or a PTO sensor/actuator.The version shown seems to be for medium size loom. The tool itself is bigger than the loom I use most often.

Why wouldnt you pick them up with him there? My DM sees my truck and its not all Matco......they just dont like you to have a TON of outside purchased stuff.

No. What's a hacksaw?

:lol_hitti

They are a primitive hand tool used to cut things without air or electricity. You have to move you hand and arm back and forth while holding the saw.

:lol_hitti I learned something today!

An excellent point. I wonder if there are more sizes available now or in the future?
