Cool place ya got here!

I just found this place,......and what a co-ink-a-dink.....I'm getting ready to build a nice little shop next to the house in the spring to build hot rods in.

Been a firefighter for 25 years but also a damned good well trained carpenter.

I don't know what I'm looking forward to more,...building the shop or building my cars.

I have no questions about the construction, but I am looking forward to learning what you guys have to say about tools and goodies to go in it.

Not so much,....before I got on the fire dept I was a union carpenter who'd served the whole four-year apprenticeship thing and worked quite a few years both in commercial and residential construction.
After getting tired of "the end of the job lay-off"s, I got on the department and continued to work on my day off in residential re-model and cabinet shop stuff.

I quit working on my day off when I got promoted to lieutenant about 20 years ago!
