Cool Snap on Ratchet

Kinda neat idea, looks a little gizmo ish but I wonder if anybody has ever seen or used it.

Williams has that set as well (a bit pricey), I was interested in it for my motorcycle tool kit. I'd be curious to know if anyone has it and what their impressions are.
