Anyone have experience with one of these? my garage is an attached 2 car, and i found one of these for a deal.

A friend of mine in Denver has one and it works very well in dry arid climates. With a fresh pad and full water tank it will cool 30 degrees below ambient in his 20 x 24 garage. I'm in Oklahoma so with the humidity a "swamp cooler" would never work otherwise I'd own one. I'd think it would work great anywhere in Arizona.
