I don't have photos of mine, but it's a 4-way tool. it has the core removal tool on one end, and the other end screws onto the valve stem. It will repair threads, or I just use the handles from a pair a pliers under the crossbar, and pull a new stem in.
The cross bar will also re-thread the inside of the stem, where the valve goes. I'll try to take some photos and post 'em up.
I also just use some longer valve stems, with caps that have the tool on them, and some solid steel tools shoved in the end of some hose. Been that way for as long as I can remember, they're my father's tools, although I use them more than he does anymore.
