Sure, you might be satisfied to call a concrete contractor and let him tell you what you need. Call several contractors, however, and you are likely to get several different ideas about what you need, with as many different estimates for what it will cost you...

Hey thegarageguy,
It was just two of us and took 5 days because of delays in weather and working this job around 2 custom homes. For the flooring we charged just $6.22 a sq ft but that included all the logos, additional colors, and added sealer coats. The cabinets, lifts, Swisstrax was separate and billed accordingly. All in all a great job for our portfolio but one of those jobs that you thoroughly enjoy because they don't come around that often. (hence the posting here - we love our work)
