Cooling My Garage and Separate Office Area

Im having a 24x34 garage built. The garage itself will be 24x24 which i was planning on heating and cooling with a mini-split. I am going to have a 10x24 foot room in the rear that will be office and work area.. this area will be completely sealed off from the garage by walls.
Is there any type of mini-split system that could cool both of these or does anyone have any ideas other than two mini split systems.
Any iput is appreciated.

There are mini's with two heads. We have one in a remodeled rental house.
