I have a small art project that I am working on and I have cut some .5mm copper and want to finish and trim it so it looks better. I have recessed the smaller holes with a larger drill bit but thought it would be nice to bevel the inside edges of the cutouts (the outside edges will have additional copper flashing around them).

Any thoughts on the best way to get a nice even bevel? I tried just some sand paper but it tore it up pretty quickly.
