Copper Pipe cordless drill scuff tool

I am looking for a tool that use to be sold at Home Depot. It is used to scuff up a copper pipe for soldering with a cordless drill. They only have the round part of the tool that goes on the copper pipe (to use manually) but don't have the cordless drill adaptor shank. I want to use that tool with my Snap-On cordless screwdriver to clean up top post battery posts. Any ideas where I can find it?
