Hey everyone,

Just looking for some info/recommendations on cordless grease guns. I've owned a Lincoln 14.4 Powerluber and a Snap On labeled one that used the nicad batteries. Both were good units, but were sold after I switch jobs. Didn't want them to just sit around and not get any use. I'm now in the market again for a new setup that will see quite a bit of use (mobile PM's for trucks/equipment)

I was looking at either Alemite or the 18v Lincoln Powerluber w/o the fancy display screen. I'd also be curious about the new Milwaukee 18v unit. The options to expand with the new fuel line seem pretty tempting.

Alemites blow Lincolns out of the water. Way faster and no stupid relief valve. I have played with the Milwaukee and it is fancy with its pump settings. That said unless I already had other Milwaukee stuff to share batteries with, I'd still choose alemites.

Alemite grease guns are the absolute best. Period.

Used my Milwaukee M12 on my semi for the last 3 years. Would love to get the M18 but the M12 is still doing great.

Thanks for the comments guys. I did use an older cordless alemite probably 8 years ago. Seemed like a pretty decent unit if I can recall. Also used the 12v Milwaukee like truckdriver has experience with. I really liked the length of the factory hose and it seemed to pump all ranges of grease pretty easy.

This will also be my main grease gun unit I can afford to purchase a keg pump when the funds are available.
