Is there a cordless led under hood light that won't break the bank that keeps good battery power?

The Mountain is more powerful, maybe best for now. MTN 39 something like that about $80.

I was looking at the one from Eastwood, shown here:

www.eastwoodlighting.com

It sells for $70 and had a lifetime customer satisfaction warranty. Eastwood has been around for awhile and their products have generally good reviews. Has anyone used it?

The problem of the Eastwood is the run time.

• 1.5 Hours Maximum Working Time on High
• 3 Hours Maximum Working Time on Low
• 5-6 Hour Charge Time

I have the Capri Tools light and it's been pretty good. Very bright and has good coverage. Has magnetic clamp or two hooks at either end.

However, the other day I was not able to use my Capri Tools light because that Lexus had an aluminum hood.

If I didn't have my Capri Tools light, I'd probably get the Astro one now. EricTheCarGuy also has a review on that Astro.

If you happen to have the M12 system already (I had the drill and impact driver) the light stick is a good buy. It is bright with decent runtime and I have multiple batteries.

don't bother with those...they all ****...and batteries ****...all of them...

try one like this, they are great, i've had mine for almost 2 years now, never had an issue

Another vote for the ATD, I've had it for a while and it's been great. I usually just loop the cord over the side mirror and out of the way, is rarely a problem.

im a light collector and have tried many , this one is great and is used alot . also the new snap on led lights that are magnetic and rechargeable are very nice , very bright and compact. i use both of them alot . These imo are the best.

This light is the cats *** and has out performed all the led lights in our shop. Had mine for about 2 years and no problems
