I have had this for awhile and never had any idea who the maker was.
Ran across it and decided to wire brush it some, found a faint Cornwell on it.
Looking at Alloy Artifacts and the internet I have found no reference to it. The only vintage swivel head I found was not a speeder.
Anyone know the age and model number of this?
Thanks

Seems like every tool company made those for a minute. The hinge on the outside was typical in 30s due to a lawsuit involving hinge handle design.

Haven’t seen that Cornwell in a while. I would say 1920s or 1930s based on the design and the handle shape, though i don’t see it in the ’29 or ‘31 catalog at archive.org.

If by chance you find yourself looking for a home for it I would be interested because I have a collection of those speeders.
